This building dates to 1325. This is a large, base-cruck hall of two bays. It has a sans-purlin roof. In each rafter couple, long curved braces rest on cornices above the arcade plates and rise to a high collar beam. The hall truss is moulded and bears traces of a carved boss. An end truss survives with aisle posts and a door to one side, a position that may indicate that this was the high end. (Miles and Worthington 2001, VA 32, list 117)
